I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jennifer! I have probably bugged her more times than I can count about getting quotes and running insurance for so many different vehicles for my daughter, and she has been incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable every single time.

Jennifer has taken the time to run coverage on multiple vehicles, explain the differences in pricing, and help me understand why the insurance costs can vary so much from one vehicle to another. She never makes me feel like I’m asking too many questions or taking up too much of her time. She genuinely takes the time to make sure I understand my options and feel comfortable with my decisions.

What really says something about Jennifer and the service she provides is that even though I have moved away from the Centralia area, I continue to use the State Farm office in Centralia as my insurance agency because of her. That says everything!

"The past several years I've seen my premiums go up and up and up, I even called to ask if there was anything I could do to lower the price, is there any benefits I am missing ect. They made it sound I like I'd have to reduce my coverage lower than recommended. When I signed up, I signed up for moderate coverage. Definitely not bottom level, but I did not go for top levels. When I checked recently they had put all of the options to the maximum with out my knowledge. I did not knowingly agree to this and will be cancelling my insurance and going elsewhere. I'll give them 2 stars because when I have had to use my insurance it has gone smoothly, but they are not trustworthy at this office."
